About the role
The Chief of Staff at Comun is an extension of the founders, helping them amplify their reach and impact by working on any high-priority item that surfaces across the company. They are the “Product Manager” for the founders' operational framework and strategic direction, ensuring the company moves efficiently towards our mission. This role demands a highly versatile person who excels at multitasking and is capable of advising the founders on big-picture strategic decisions while also being deeply attentive to the smallest details.
What you’ll do:
- Finance: Take ownership of our financial function. This includes maintaining our financial model, working with our accounting firm, reconciliations, and owning our key financial metrics and vendor contracts.
- OKRs: You will own KR tracking for company-level and function-specific objectives. You will also drive planning for future OKR exercises.
- Board Meeting Prep: You will help our CEO prepare key materials for our quarterly board meeting.
- Product Strategy: You will assist our head of product and founders in defining our long-term product roadmap.
- Business Development: You will source and own partnerships that can unlock business or user value across our product suite. This includes key vendors, affiliates, and product integrations.
- Company building: You will help with additional needs that arise as we grow our team, reinforce our culture, and expand our roadmap.
