About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly-motivated and visionary Digital Brand Strategy Manager to build Comun’s online brand for Spanish-speaking immigrants in the U.S. This is your chance to build a digital brand from scratch!

As our Digital Brand Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for crafting Comun’s social media and content strategy and deploying it across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The expectation is that you’re willing to get your hands dirty and brainstorm, film, edit, and post the content yourself.

This role will be a core member of the Growth team, so we are looking for someone that understands trends and how to engage people, but also how social media advances business metrics.

You can consider yourself the “architect” of Comun’s digital presence, so you will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, scaling, and retaining influencers that are aligned with our brand and motivated by our mission.
