What you’ll do:
- Set the strategy across all areas of performance marketing (paid search, paid social, website conversion rate optimization, etc.), with the willingness to be hands on.
- Define, set, and report on full-funnel KPIs.
- Execute marketing investment optimization strategies with A/B testing, targeting optimization, event optimization, and audience segmentation across omni-channel campaigns.
- Provide insights based on customer LTV modeling, ROI forecasting, incremental lift, and competitive positioning.
- Develop recommendations to refine audience targeting, creatives, and promotions using statistical testing to enhance performance across channels.
- Build, scale, and maintain our marketing stack including tracking, measurement, attribution, and automation efforts.
- Champion integration of new data sources and tools for predictive modeling, campaign management, budget allocation, and bid optimization.
You are:
- NOT just a manager - you’re excited to get your hands dirty.
- Highly technical and an analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Someone who is eager to learn. While you'll bring valuable expertise to Comun, you recognize that joining an early-stage company comes with unique challenges and opportunities. You're excited to grow, adapt, and expand your skillset to bridge any gaps and contribute meaningfully.
- Independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with experience in gathering, structuring, monitoring, and validating data to ensure integrity and hygiene.
